The Hardwood Genomics Project strives to include all publicly available genomic and genetic data that falls within our our project scope and to provide a platform for tree genomics and comparative genomics data exploration to the scientific community. Permission for use and resharing of data has been given or implied by the researchers and institutions who generated or published the original data. However, there may be patents, copyrights or intellectual property rights associated with the original data, and users of the Hardwood Genomics database contents are solely responsible for compliance with original restrictions and acknowledgement requirements when using original data. The Hardwood Genomics website is powered by Tripal , an open source community genome database toolkit.
